FAQ'sWho are we? We are a humble UK collective, designing a few tees for personal gratification as much as anything. It's an ongoing process of recreation. We don't operate out of a backdoor bedsit - instead outsourcing printing, billing and distribution to a trusted, reputable multi-national company. We put together the ideas, they do the legwork. A cute arrangement. Each and every t-shirt is made to order, and designs are lovingly pressed, by human hand. Where do you ship to? We'll ship to anywhere Spreadshirt can manage - mainland Europe, mainly. Why are your t-shirts different to any others? Quality-wise? These t-shirts are not printed using digital transfer, but instead using a much smarter method called plot printing. Essentially, each design is made up of 'shapes' which are cut from coloured fabric/material. This is then pressed on to the garment binding them in a matrimonial-like harmony. All t-shirts use just three colours, each individually cut, layered, and pressed onto your product for lasting quality and immunity from fade. How do they fare in the wash? As we say, due to the printing method, urban breakdown products will look no different after 30 spins in the best Bosch. However as always, follow instructions for washing; too hot and they'll be teddy bear tees. What are the different types of product available and why do prices vary? T-shirts are offered on several different brands of apparel. All are of excellent quality, naturally fitting with the well known idiom - you get what you pay for. For example, the 'Comfort T' is the most basic, while a 'Mens Summer Tee' is a thinner, fitted t-shirt soft to the touch. And so it goes.. Why then, do t-shirts of the same type vary in price? Prices are in accordance with the number of colours used, and what material is used for printing. There is a small (Spreadshirt) surcharge for gold/silver foil and other reflective/dazzling printing effects and the cost of these materials, but you know, that's the way of the world. Do you have any actual photographic examples of the t-shirts/garments? Yes. The gallery is where you want to look for that. Needing your pictures too! Go on.... How do you print your t-shirts? Well, like we said, actually we don't. We let a renowned international company called Spreadshirt do that. Works out better for everyone. They handle billing, printing, and distribution from their headquarters in Germany. How many people actually buy these tees? Some. Not in their millions, but some do, occasionally. Rest assured that the chances of you bumping into another busta sporting a ubd t-shirt are pretty damn remote. It is possible, even, that your t-shirt will be the only one of its kind in existence. We don't keep stock, after all. I have a design request! Can I send it to you? Sure. Do it. What else do I need to know? Nothing that we can think of, but if you can, ask us. |
